Hey! I’m so glad you found yourself here. 4C is here for fostering connection with peers and embracing self-acceptance via groups and coaching. Statement of Purpose
4C was inspired by the fact that everyone deserves an equitable chance and feelings of acceptance. I offer support opportunities such as groups and mentoring for any kids, teens, and young adults seeking community by engaging folks in creative and experiential activities.
Support Available
4C was started primarily for support in the community by offering groups multiple times a week. Additional services provided are one-on-one coaching/mentoring and familial support.
I am currently offering a sliding fee-based scale (starting prices are noted in the supports tab) and holding sessions in public spaces around Portland (Eastern Promenade gazebo for example).
